I was an officer in the British Army for 30 years. This experience gave me a wide and deep understanding of the challenges of leading diverse teams throughout the world in unpredictable and difficult situations.
My Passion- Leadership development
· Helping clients develop their own leadership style that matches the team they lead. To do this, we work together to identify which leadership behavior works best in the situation they are dealing with. It is a fascinating journey for clients. They develop the best way to empower and develop their teams.
· My courses place a high priority on participants bringing their own unique experiences to the courses and be willing to share and discuss the problems they have faced and overcome.
· I love what I do and nothing gives me more satisfaction than facilitating ideas, methods, and tools so that my participants leave with renewed enthusiasm, confidence that they can serve their team effectively.
